Baking

Baking began as an early childhood obsession mixing various ingredients in the kitchen with often visually stunning yet inedible results. Since then, I have become a staunch fan of Claire Saffitz and my creations are now very much palatable. I bake weekly only for friends and family.

Speciality

A large and a petite chocolate mousse birthday cake, cloaked in rich ganache. These have become a staple among family and friends.
